Piled Cows

What are these cows staring at?
Did they pile themselves up while playing, without realizing that they would not be able to go down afterwards? Or, quite simply, are they enjoying standing that way in a fragile balance?

I like to draw animals in such a way that they constitute a block- that way they represent a small sculpture all together.
